Returning Vendor Registration

Thank you so much for being a part of The Puyallup Wedding Show! We would love to welcome you back to the show in November of 2026 and as our way of saying "Thank You" for supporting the show, we always offer the best pricing to our returning vendors.
The information and application below is exclusively for vendors who exhibited at the November 2025 Puyallup Wedding Show and wish to renew for November of 2026.
Submit the application below by December 31st, 2025 and complete your registration within 7 days to take advantage of up to $250 in Returning Vendor Discounts:

Your space in the November 2026 show is guaranteed until December 31st, 2025. If you have not completed your registration by December 31st, 2025 your space may be offered to another vendor from the waiting list and you will no longer be eligible for the Returning Vendor Discounts.
Changes for November 2026
New Location
The November 2026 show will move to The Agriplex at the Washington State Fair Event Center same as our February show.
Booth Sizes
We will no longer be offering 10’ x 5’ or 10’ x 15’ booth options. While we liked being able to provide a lower-cost choice, the smaller booths simply didn’t offer enough space for vendors to properly showcase their business. They also tended to create more frustration than satisfaction. Eliminating these smaller sizes allows every exhibitor to have a booth space that feels professional, comfortable, and visually inviting.
Booth Selection
Starting with the November 2026 Show booth locations will be assigned by show management prior to the show. We will do our best to accommodate general preferences such as: near the front, near the back, near the side, near the center, near a specific other vendor, etc. for no additional cost.
Corner Booth Upgrade - $50 for returning vendors until 12/31/25, $100 on or after 1/1/26
Guaranteed corner placement. This upgrade does not guarantee a specific booth location. A limited number of corner spaces are available.
Choose Your Spot Upgrade - $100 for returning vendors until 12/31/25, $200 on or after 1/1/26
Prefer to choose your exact booth location? This allows you to hand-pick your spot from the available layout.
Note: Choose Your Spot does not include corner booths. If you want to choose a corner booth you will need to add both Choose Your Spot and the Corner Booth Upgrade.
Choose Your Spot is limited to 20 exhibitors. Sponsors will have first choice of booth location selection, followed by exhibitors who purchase Choose Your Spot, based on the date they complete registration.
New Categories
With the introduction of the Vendor Directory this year we found that our vendor categories needed some adjustments. We have reworked out vendor categories for the show to provide a more accurate and clear representation of what you do and make it easier for those searching for your specific service to find you.
Category Caps
We are be increasing the number of vendors allowed in the Venues and Photography categories for the November show. In November 2025 we had 14 venues and 8 photographers. In November 2026 we will allow a maximum of 20 Venues and 12 Photographers. Because this show falls fairly early in the planning process for many couples planning for the upcoming year (and really early for those beyond that) and vendors in these two categories tend to get booked earlier on in the process we feel that offering attendees a bit more variety at the show will be a benefit to the couples while still ensuring there is enough business to go around.
Because so many of our couples are on the hunt for their venues at the November show we want to give them the opportunity to discover as many venues as possible.
Venue Discovery Area - $250 (non-exhibiting venues) / $50 (exhibiting venues)
A brand new feature exclusive to the Puyallup Wedding Show, the Venue Discovery Area will be a space in the show dedicated to introducing couples to venues who might not be able to have a full booth in the show. Venues wishing to showcase in the Venue Discovery Area will be able to display 1 sign (Retractable Banner, X-Stand, or Tension Fabric Display no more than 81' tall x 36" wide) and have 1 cocktail table for cards, brochures, flyers, etc.. Cocktail table with linen will be provided.
The Venue Discovery Area will be a self exploration area for attendees, will not have show or venue personnel present and will be located adjacent to the lounge area.
